Launched in 2018, this program recognizes communities that follow best practices and encourages other communities to achieve these standards. Are your communities following best practices in land use and economic development? How do your neighboring communities work with developers and economic development projects? The program draws the best of these practices and shares them with all communities. CEDAS Best Practices co-chair will join us, as well as two representatives from municipalities recognized as exemplary leaders in this area. This program not only recognizes communities that have adopted best practices but is also a clearing house of data and information towns share in order to help communities strive to improve.
