CT Workers Compensation

The National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc.' s Workers' Compensation Voluntary Loss Costs and Assigned Risk Rates Filing, Effective January 1, 2017 - NCCI's filing with CT Insurance regulators is an overall 10.9% reduction, and 12.7% reduction for contracting, a very welcome change to one of contractor's highest business costs.  Still, policy makers need to answer what CT's workers comp costs are two to three times higher than states like Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
